Bibhash Biswas has 20+ years of experience in commercial software development and embedded systems software development on real-time operating systems. He has developed AR and VR applications for Fortune 500 companies and has worked on developing proprietary software for AR glasses. As CTO at Mindshow, he is driving the Mindshow tech as the company builds to launching a SaaS product.

Brady Keehn, CTO, combines artistic vision with technical expertise to lead HEAT’s product development and technical teams. With skills in avatar rigging, virtual environment creation, and complex programming, Brady uses programs like Unreal Engine, Blender, and Unity to innovate at the intersection of art and technology. Brady is not only a technical expert but also a successful musician, with bands Sextile and Panther Modern gaining millions of Spotify streams. This dual expertise enhances his leadership style, allowing him to guide the development team with a deep understanding of HEAT's artistic vision. Brady is a creative visionary who comprehends the artistic and technical nuances required to revolutionize the motion data landscape.

Since joining the team at Mindshow, Briana has performed and directed a wide range of diverse VR characters all using Xsens. Projects include episodic TV shows, pilots, and music videos.



John Stavas, CEO of HEAT, combines his extensive experience in media production with an innovative approach to technology and artistry. Having worked at renowned companies like Paramount Pictures, Interscope Records, and Anonymous Content, he possesses a deep understanding of the creative and business aspects of the industry. John has directed projects for notable clients such as Kacey Musgraves, Olivia Rodrigo, Lime Scooters, and HP. His expertise lies in identifying market gaps and opportunities, playing a vital role in shaping HEAT as a pioneering platform that meets the needs of movement artists, game developers, and animators.

Josh Latin, COO, is HEAT's operational backbone, leveraging his extensive background in business development and strategic planning to drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. Before joining HEAT, Josh led Business Development and Special Projects at Signature Resolution, a legal startup, where he oversaw significant team expansion and multiple location expansions across California. He also demonstrated his sales and negotiation skills as a Sales Manager at Lionsgate, orchestrating the global sales of over 100 film titles. With expertise in operations, sales strategy, and scaling businesses, Josh is a crucial asset to HEAT as it continues to evolve.
